What can you expect?

Ready to truly break with your routine and connect with nature in the most unique way? Kryoyo brings to you this signature experience called Klamping! No, it’s not a typo! You read it right…it’s not camping, it’s not glamping…it’s Kryoyo style Klamping!

You may choose the Klamping location of your choice,  a very unique spot in the Christoffelpark or at San Juan. At San Juan you can swim and enjoy the beach. At Christoffelpark you are not allowed to swim, but you can enjoy many other activities such as bird watching, climb the Christoffel mountain, a jeep safari through the park etc. When booking the 2-night all-inclusive Klamping Experience at Christoffelpak, you may choose the activity of your choice, which is already included in your fee.

We will meet at 3:00 pm at the entrance of the location of your choice (either at San Juan or Christoffel Park). Your host will meet you there and bring you to the unique spot in the middle of the pristine nature were the Klamping Experience will take place.

Your accommodation will be a wooden tent that blends perfectly with the surrounding nature. The tent will be furnished with a flat matrass, pillows and solar mood lights. A Klamping-style shower and toilet will also be available at the Klamping-site, as well as a barbeque, kitchen utensils and other basic necessities.

Your host will welcome you with a welcome drink (fresh coconut) and you can take the time to settle down, explore the area and enjoy the breathtaking views. At this time, your host will provide you with all explanations, activity ideas and a food & beverage package for you to enjoy the night.

The food & beverage package consist of chicken and meats to barbeque, different side dishes to accompany your barbeque with, wines, beers and soft drinks, snacks and of course marshmallows to make s’mores with as dessert. You will have your own barbeque at your tent where you can prepare your food as you like, enjoying the quality time with your loved ones.

In the darkness of the night and quietness of the surroundings, you can enjoy the night and experience a breathtaking sunrise (if you are an early-riser). We recommend you to bring a light jacket, as it can get cold at night. Once you are awake, your host will provide you with your breakfast package, consisting of fruits, breads and toppings (cheese, spreads, ham and salad), local bites, yoghurt and granola and tea, coffee and juices.

During the day you may choose to go back inside your tent and rest some more or enjoy any of our daytime activities, soak up the sun or explore the area and enjoy the nature a little more. If you choose the Christoffelpark location, you will enjoy a guided tour of your choice during this day. Once you’ve booked this experience, we will contact you to discuss possibilities and options.

You’ll spend the rest of your day at leisure while your host provides you with snacks and drinks. At sunset, your host will provide you with a different barbeque package (different meats and sides than what you had the day before). You may enjoy the second night at leisure, with activities and quality time, or climb the Christoffel mountain at full moon (in case you chose this as your guided tour if you’re staying at the Christoffelpark). The next morning, your host will provide you with your breakfast basket. You may enjoy the rest of the day at leisure, explore the area some more and enjoy activities and snacks. The experience ends at 1:00 pm and we will bring you back to the entrance where you may pick-up your own car to go back home or at your hotel.

Who can join?

All can join. There’s a minimum of 2 paying people required per booking. Kids up to 10 years old can stay free of costs. Max 2 kids per couple.

Additional information

Bring walking shoes, clothing to sleep and spend the day and a towel. You don’t have to bring anything else than your own personal stuff and any medicines or special equipment you may need.
